During this recruitment campaign, we offer two collaboration models for you to choose from:
Buyout Design: We will pay you the full amount of the design fee upfront and buy out the copyright of your design. This means that your design will become our exclusive property, but we will also give you the respect and compensation you deserve.
Commission Based on Sales: We will pay you remuneration based on the sales of the luggage products you design, according to a predetermined commission rate. This means that your design will continuously generate income for you, and you can also continuously optimize the design based on market feedback.
No matter which cooperation model you choose, we will provide you with a platform full of challenges and opportunities. Here, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with top designers and engineers in the industry to create leading works.
